Terms of Service

MothFlow.AI (“MothFlow,” “we,” “us”) is a creative studio that orchestrates AI models to help you design characters, wardrobes, and cinematic outputs through human-in-the-loop pipelines. You bring your own provider API keys; we coordinate the agents and store your assets.

You need an account to use the service. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

You own the briefs, characters, wardrobes, reference images, and generated outputs you create. By uploading content, you grant us the limited license needed to host, display, and process that content so the product can function — and nothing more. We do not train models on your content.

Most AI calls run on your provider keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, Flux, Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, etc.). You are responsible for complying with each provider’s terms and for any costs those providers bill you. Managed/Pro tier calls are clearly labeled and billed separately.

Don’t use MothFlow to:

• Generate content that depicts real people without their consent, especially in sexual, violent, or defamatory contexts.
• Generate CSAM or any content that exploits minors. This is a zero-tolerance line — accounts are terminated immediately and reported where required by law.
• Infringe someone else’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Circumvent rate limits, abuse the service, or attempt to extract keys/secrets.
• Resell the raw service or expose our API surface to third parties without our written agreement.

AI-generated content can be wrong, biased, or surprising. Review every output before using it publicly. You’re responsible for the outputs you publish, share, or commercialize.

MothFlow.AI is in active development. The service is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may add, change, or remove features without notice during the beta.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account; we’ll remove your projects, characters, wardrobes, and associated assets. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections intended to survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MothFlow.AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or use. Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $100, if greater).

We’ll update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-product and by email. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
